Reverse Pivot Code Modification to include Sheet Name

Attached is some code that I've been using to create a reverse pivot. At the moment it only does 3 columns, but I need it to add an additional column that includes the DeptID (Sheet Tab or Sheet Name). I'm not sure how to make it loop through multiple worksheets (30), but if I can get it to do one, then I'll manually copy and paste the others I do for one large consolidated table, that can pivoted.

As you can see, the Output Range is three columns (Input Range is F7:R39), but I need four with the Dept being first, well I guess it wouldn't matter.
