The Solution Rating System

Covert a decimel number to HH:MM:SS

I have software that reports activity for telephone extensions in seconds.  The applicaiton exports this to various formats, one of them is Excel.  I need a formula to convert the decimal number they give me representing total seconds to hours:minutes:seconds.  For example, extension 7190 is on call #1 for a total of 409 seconds.  I need to calculate that number 409 into hours minutes seconds.  In this case I believe it would be 00:6:49 or 6 minutes 49 seconds.
