Excel calculate price

Asked by dandeliondream in Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet Software, Microsoft Office Suite, Access Coding/Macros

Hi,

I have a long list of prices (i think 500 prices) in ms excel file and I wish to populate the new prices using scripts.
e.g.
My list consists of
$1.00
$8.00
$15.00
and so on.

Is there an easy way to populate the new price
prices between 1-10, I will have to multiply it by 1.5 so the new price for $1.00 is $1.5. If price is $9.99, the new price is 14.98.
prices between 10.01-20, i will have to multiply it by 1.3 so the new price for $15 is $19.50.

Is there any easier way to change the prices without setting formula for each cell individually?Start Free Trial
