Drawing in Excel and changing the Fill Color with VBA

Hello,

I need to draw some circles in Excel and change the fill color of them depending on value in specific cells. What I want to do is a scorecard with circles that can have 3 color (red, yellow or green) depending if a value is above the targe, bellow the target or on target. The fill color of the circles will be updated when I click on a "Update" button on my sheet. This will indicate the satus of each target.

I need some directions on how I can do that.
