Non-Standard Import

Asked by redekopmfg in Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet Software

I have a text file that i want to import in to excel.  each row is labeled A#### or B#### etc, but each of those rows is actually data from one record.  the records are actually seperated by a row containing #----------#, then the labels start again.
is there a way to import this into excel so it puts the cells in horizontaly and only goes to a new row when it encounters the string above?

File attached.
