An Excel file is on our server.
We want staff to enter information to it.
I understand that only one can open it at a time. The other times read only.
But just wondering if there is an option so all can open the same file at the same time and save accordingly.

Other: Yes an intranet could be an answer too. Or access database. But my question is just to see if it is possible.
