Add column and formula to macro.

Attached is the code that I have so far.
I also attached a workbook with two spreadsheets - what the report is now and what it should look like after the changes.

I need to modify the code to
1. add Column Vairence in Column L
2. Use formula =K-J in Varience column.
3. Format Column L like Column K.
4. Sort by Column A (Decending) then Sort by Column L (Decending)
5. Add autofilter.
