Tags: Microsoft, Excel, 2007, vba

I'm sure this is a simple question, yet I am too inexperiencd to get it myself.  I have a section of code I would like to run when the button Commnad1 is pressed in form 3, the sub procedurethat I would like to run is UserFormat and is located in This Workbook code sheet in the worbook.

Basically how do I run the sub from This worbook in the Sub located in my form3?

Thank you for any and all help.
