I need a excel macro that can do 3 things at the same time.

Hi,

I need a excel macro that can do 3 things at the same time.

I have a xlsm file in a remote machine
\\machinename\foldername\filename.xlsm

Now in this file i have many sheets.
I need a macro that can open the xlsm file in the sheetname 'Desktops"
Just copy these 5 colums out of 40 + colums.
Colum B,D,K,P,Q
Every time i run the macro it needs to delete the available content in the sheet and recreate the whole data.
