How can I get Excel to add 3 numbers within the same cell and do conditional formatting on them?

I am inputting the dimensions of two products which I sell into Excel.  I first put the width, then the depth, followed by height (see attached).

I want to be able to put two of these side by side and have the smallest one highlighted in blue?  is there a way to do this?  I was thinking of basing the conditional of a multiple of all three numbers.  However, I would not know how to do this.
