How to do VLOOKUP on TName Column

Hi,
I am companring two spreadsheets in excel. the only matching column I have is "Name" column. The problem is there may be mismatch in names for eg. Prem Kripalani may be typed as kripalani prem,
How can I read whole field and match with another column and get the correct  result.....

I know how to do VLOOKUP. so please tell me how to get the result correct, or as close as possible,,
