Cell code for dream team

Hi
I have 2 worksheets,  Worksheet 1 has 4 colums and 999 lines with cell 1 a 3 digit number, cell 2 name, cell 3 team and cell 4 value.  on my second worksheet i have the same 4 colums but blank. What i want to do is type the code in cell 1 and it will fill in the rest of the cells automaticlly and total the value at the end so i dont have to copy and paste.  Can anybody help
