move a head in excel...

Hi,

From EE i came to know how to write macro,word to excel data scrabe thru examples from the experts now i'm eager to go a bit deeper...

I need a macro for Excel 2007 (or 2003) that populates the current Excel sheet grabbing the list of elements from some web pages.

The elements to be grabbed are all the Firefox Add-ons in the "Web Development" category, starting from this page:
(I will tell u later the page...)

In particular, the elements to be grabbed are:
Name, link, rating, number of weekly downloads, description.
