Need VB to change a button image ?

I have several buttons on SEVERAL excel files, I want to run a macro to update them as I open the files. I only need the code for one button as I am capable of figuring out the rest.

I figure SOMETHING like this with a way to set what the "picture" should be (see image attached for reference of field I am trying to change).
