The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

  • The Grade of the Solution
  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. Open file and change Macro Security to Low and then when close file change security setting to what was at when opened

I have files that have Macros in them that I want to always run when the file is opened.  I would like to make it so when the file is opened and automaticly goes to the index page it also sets the security to low.  This will let the other Macros run that need to run.  I would like to also capture what the setting was prior to the change to low and then upon closing the file change the setting back.  

These file are only used internally and should always be trusted.

I have looked at the 'AutomationSecurity Property' in the VBA, but have not determined how this would work for me and the correct way to write the Macro.

in the snippet is what is in the 'ThisWorkbook'
