The following line code utilizes TempName_Pl.xlt to export Excel files to a subdirectory in the current path.
'set then Excel workbook object to the standard template file
Set xlBook = xlApp.Workbooks.Add(Application.CurrentProject.Path & "\GrpExcel\Name.xlt")

What I will like to do to modify this line such that the code first ensures that filename Name.xlt exist in subdirectory GrpExcel if it finds it then proceed to the next step in the code.

However, if file is not found, then find it in the immediate current path - if found, copy the file and paste it in the GrpExcel subdirectory - and assuming that current path is C;\Test or whereever the current path may be.

and if not found at all give error message for user contact his adminstrator and exit the application.
