The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

  • The Grade of the Solution
  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. Picking a value from one sheet and adding to another sheet in range of 10 rows (random)

Hi Experts,

My task is quite complicated (for guy like me for sure). Here what I want to achieve in excel or MS SQL (store procedure may do):

I have spread sheet where I have 2 sheets; SHEET1 contain 2 colums and data as below:

SN       PIN
1212   1215454
1213   1217445
1214   8556565
1215   9824524
1216   4548845
1217   5656565
1218   4445554
1219   1584545
1220   1548787
....
....
1240   4545454
1241   4445577

* This sheet has total 50,000 Records (SN in ascending and with +1 increment)

While Other SHEET2 has same to colums but with only 5000 records but different SN/ PIN:

SN       PIN
1252   1896664
1253   9696656
1254   5666568
....
....
1220   2458855
1221   4545454

What I need is that I want to pick SN and PIN from SHEET 2 one by one and place it in SHEET 1, one SN/ PIN randomly in every 10 SN/ PIN of SHEET 1.

For example:

As you can see that one value picked from SHEET2 and place randomly in every 10 rows So that 5000 SN accomodates in 50,000 SN in one SHEET1.

Hope someone can help me to achieve it.
