Horizontal Conditonal Format

Hello,

 I have a group of data in which I want to highlight a row from A:Q a specific color if the text in cell G says " Milestone".. i.e something like IF(G7="Milestone",Row 7=blue, nothing) thats the logic behind what I'm trying to do..What would be the macro for this?
