How can I enable the Send to Mail Recipient (as attachment) button in Excel 2003 -- it worked in E2002
I've added the Mail Recipient (as Attachment) button to my File Menu, but it is always disabled. The option is always enabled for me on another computer with Excel 2002. I use Mozilla Thunderbird as the default mail program on both computers.
Oops: Not "Send To" but "Mail Recipient". Sorry...

I've put the button in place, but the problem is that it is not enabled (it's grayed out).
Did you select VBA when installing Excel?

I didn't do the Office installation (it's a work machine), but I have administrative rights.
I can use VBA in Modules and I've got Macro Security set to Low, if that's at all helpful.

I've added .Net Programmability Support as described above. VBA is definitely enabled -- I can record / write macros. I do have one Send To item enabled now -- Send for Review . . . , but that involves sharing the workbook, tracking changes, etc. I'm just looking to activate the
Mail Recipient (as Attachment)
command that I've added to the File menu (it's always gray) so that I can email the current document without having to close it in Excel and then browse to the $%^$%# path from Thunderbird.
Thanks for the attention.
