RORYA - Referencing a created combobox in Excel through the .NET

Hi there.  I have an Excel file that is loaded through the .net application.This XL has a combobox that has been generated by the same application.  I am trying to reference this combobox the second time Excel loads through my application but cannot determine how. The code that created this combobox is as per attached snippet.

I need to refence this combobox as otherwise, every time Excel loads it is creating a new combobox
