I am currently working with Lockxls support, they are saying that they haven't seen this before, so I'm thinking it has something to be with my computer, so I wanted to expore other options and ask around.
I have found the Lockxls software to help in protecting spreadsheets and VBA and would like to use it.
The software works great on my home desktop ( XP Pro SP3, Excel 2003 ).
The software works great on my work laptop when at home using my wireless ( XP Pro SP2, Excel 2002 )
The software works great on my work laptop when at home using my wireless while connected to my work network via VPN ( XP Pro SP2, Excel 2002 )
When sitting at my desk at work ( network connected ), and with Lockxls installed, everytime I open a file or just open Excel, it crashes berfore the file shows up on the screen.
I can uninstall Lockxls and I no longer have the issue of Excel crashing.
I have tried several computers at work ( 1 even straight from the box ) and they have all Excel crash.
Attached are the screen shots of the Excel crash.
