The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

  • The Grade of the Solution
  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. Display STATIC datestamp based on Excel Checkbox TRUE/FALSE value

I have a screenshot attached to this post that gives a picture of the document I am working on so you can all have a visual on what I am trying to accomplish. There are checkboxes that correspond to the fields located directly to the left on this spreadsheet. When a user checks the box, it needs to display a STATIC datestamp in the field to the left, to show when the user sent a quote, or called a customer, etc.

Currently I am using the script:

=if(03=1,now(),"")

This script is written in the fields to the let of the checkboxes and hinge off of the true/false value I had scripted in another part of the document. This doesn't really need to be referenced. Anyways, this field will display the current date, but will change every time a new day arrives.

Basically, I just need a datestamp to produce in the field located to the left of each checkbox, and to correspond to each checkbox to it's right. This seems like a simple thing to expect, but it is extremely difficult from what I have found.

I am assigning a high point value for this one because I have searched everywhere on the net for this particular functionality and have found it nowhere.
