Is it possible to show the reults of two formulas in one cell?

I want to show two precentages in one cell.  The is more than enough room, as the colomns are prttey wide.

I have these formulas:
=SUM($B$134:$B$135)/SUM($B$102:$B$108)
=SUM($B$136:$B$140)/SUM($B$102:$B$108)

and want the data to look something like this:
23% / 18%

The TEXT function builds a string that looks like 23%. The longer formula using TEXT gives a result like 23% / 18%. The shorter formula (without TEXT) returns a result like 0.23 / 0.18

Wow!  Thanks for the quick replies.  
I have tested both solutions and I think I need to clarify my needs a little.

Here is the data spread across a few cells:
5.14%      0.76%

Here is Solution #1
5% / 1%

Here is Solution #2
0.0514240506329114 / 0.00764767932489452


So, I should state that I need the output to be a percentage showing up to two decimal places.

Even though I "knew" what the answer was, I still tested it. Excel has a way of confounding me on a regular basis.
