Vlookup or something else?

I have 3 Worksheets, 1, 2 and 3

I have a range of names on 3.  278 Names of people

I want to pull the correponding salary for each name from one of the two other sheets 1 and 2.

One sheet has 190 names the second 133. There is no duplication. Some of the names on 1 and 2 are not on Start Free Trial
