calculate date and time difference

Hi there,

Wonder if anyone can help me.  I trying to do a calculation on SLA date and time.  I have the following coloumns: Start Date, Start Time, End Date, End Time.  I need to find out the difference between these values.  For example if my tech started to work on the call at 15:30am on 20 Oct and finished at 10:30 on 21 Oct 2008. I want excel to tell me how many working hours he spent on the call.  Any idea what calculation i can use to get this answer.
