Question

I need a formula that recognizes specific text within a string, and returns a value

In cell range A1:A100, I have various text values.  For example:

A1: Jim's hardware store
A2: mainstreet hardware
A3: Indrustrial supplies ltd
A4: Hardware central
etc
A:100: Bob's grocery store and harware
 
I need a formula in in each cell in column B, that looks at the text in column A, and if the text contains, "Hard", the formula returns the result of "Hardware".

I also need the formula to do lookup for two seperate text strings in column A, and can then return a result in the adjacent cell in column B. For example, IF A CELL IN COLUMN A CONTAINS BOTH "HARD" AND ""GROC", RETURN THE VALUE OF "HARDWARE AND GROCERY IN COLUMN B.  In my example, Cell A100 would return a positive result.

Note: the reason I want to lookup "groc" and note "grocery" and "hard" and not "harware" is so that i can capture all plural and singular text terms, as well as potential spelling errors in column A.
