I have a simple selection process that involves two mutually exclusive options. However, option 2 has 3 parameters, each of which can be TRUE or FALSE.
I want to set up a Group Box with 2 Option Buttons and 3 Check Boxes - this much I have done BUT i want the check boxes to appear "Greyed out" and "unselectable" when option 1 is selected. When the user selects option 2, then I want the check boxes to become available and selectable. Currently, the check boxes can be selected at any time - I don't know how to link them to the Options

jocassio123 - the difference is that you have used ActiveX controls rather than Form Controls. These obviously work (thanks), but look different to all the other From Controls I have on my sheet (about 20 of them).
If I can get a solution using Form Controls rather than ActiveX controls, then I would prefer that, but if not I guess I'll go through and make all my other controls ActiveX so that they all look the same.

Yep. I'm convinced and converted. After playing with the ActiveX form controls for a while (and checking out the link you gave me) I'm convinced it is worthwhile changing all my controls to ActiveX. It seems that the "old" excel form controls do not have an "enabled" property, like the ActiveX version. In fact, there are a few cool things you can do with the ActiveX controls that you can't do with the form control, like change the font size!

Try this. I couldn't figure out why I could not get yours to work, but I created new option boxs and checkboxes. I am using 2003, so maybe that's the difference
