I can do this no problem but the problem I am having is that I do not want to give anyone write access to my webshare and also I cannot have my asp read from the location that the spreadsheet is located now. I was wondering is there a way I can have one .xls on the webserver that automaticly updates when the one on the public fileshare is updated?
