How do i create a list in a drop down menu on a form from data in a column?
I have a spreadsheet with data but I want to automate the way that data is entered by using a form
The data may look something like
Column A (Supplier)
Ferrari
Lotus
Ford
Ford
Renault
BMW
Audi
Column B (Contact)
Dave
Bob
Colin
Colin
Alan
Bob
Dave
Column C (Part No.)
AD 1234
GG 8888 878
A010202
GFR4534
FGFR-4343

I want the form to have 4 drop down boxes that lists the data in each of the columns and also adds an additional option ***Not In List*** so that I can add new items if they are required
Its important that the options are checked first before new data is added to avoid having things like
Part Number
GG 8888 878
GG-8888-878
I would like the data in the drop down boxes to be in alphabetical order to help when the lists get larger.
When you click accept on the form I would like to add the data in a new row at the end of the current data on the sheet
