Not a vb script but a quick fix in column T as a formula.  Just copy and past value. That is if you don't have a huge amount to change.

Hi Sharath,
Try the following code.

1. First save a txt file with the text that you want to search.
2. Then execute the macro and see if this works,

Ardhendu

Option Explicit
Sub SearchMacro()

Dim txtSrch As String, _
flName As String, _
TryAgain As String, _
i As Integer, _
ws1 As Worksheet, _
ws2 As Worksheet, _
wb1 As Workbook, _
wb2 As Workbook, _
rngX As Range

Application.ScreenUpdating = False
Application.DisplayAlerts = False

Set ws1 = ActiveSheet
MsgBox ("Please select the txt file.")
StartHere:
flName = Application.GetOpenFilename

If flName = "False" Or Right(flName, 3) <> "txt" Then
    TryAgain = MsgBox("You did not select a valid file. Do you want to try again?", vbYesNo + vbCritical, "Invalid Entry")
    If TryAgain = vbNo Then
       MsgBox "No file was selected. Exiting From Macro.", vbCritical + vbOKOnly
       Exit Sub
    Else
        GoTo StartHere
    End If
Else

        Set rngX = ws1.Range("V:V").Find(ws2.Range("A" & i), lookat:=xlWhole)
        If Not rngX Is Nothing Then
