Best way to manage my library of Excel codes and files

I am looking at a huge amount of videos and tutorials and I want to find a good way to find this information in the future.

I find it easier to reuse items in the future if I can easily store them and be able to pull it up in an easy search able way.

Categories such as:  Financial Modeling, Functions, Macros, VB, Pivot Tables, charts, Datamining, External Data, Posting to Web.

I want to be able to write a quick summary in the Table of Content? and have an Index?

2nd Part:
I know I know I am not supposed to post suggestions, but how do I keep my links working with this new solution, If I was to copy it from my PC to my USB and carry it with me when I need to be mobile?

I would greatly appreciate it, if someone can point me into the right direction.
