Browse All TopicsI have a simple Excel document I created that calculates the Tax values for our non-profit organization in Zambia. As I'm used to doing payroll in the US with payroll software. But in Zambia, there is only one name in the game, Pastel Payroll. We're trying to avoid buying the package (it's rather expensive) and I can also think of this as a learning experience.
Zambian Payroll calculation is something they didn't teach you when you got Microsoft Office Certified in High School.
I have attached a generic version of the file that we are using, and I'm certain we could manually update the YTD totals every month, but that would be a lot of effort. Simply put, I would like Excel to keep track of the YTD totals for every employee, and I'll make a new spreadsheet for each year (to be more organized).
Edit: I think it forgot to put a link to the file when I attached it. So here it is: http://filedb.experts-exch

I operate with generator power in Zambia, so I may not immediately respond. Oh the life of a missionary :)
Thank you if you are willing to work with that constraint.
