Browse All TopicsI have a user whose default/general number format is changing the cell text from 51, for example, to 0.51. When I open the spreadsheet on my computer, everthing works as expected. When the user opens the same .xlsx spreadsheet on her machine, the number changes format. I have checked the regional and language options and those settings are correct.
Is there anything else I can check? The os is XP Pro.

Check his "fixed decimal" option from Tools - Options - Edit (for Excel 2003)
Excel Options - Advanced - Automaticaly insert a decimal point (for 2007)
