VBA Hyperlink into LotusNotes Document starts IE

Im trying to hyperlink from an Excel VBA macro into a LotusNotes document, and found various examples on the internet, which in my case want try Internet Explorer (IE) to open the document, instead of the Notes Client. See example code.
What am I doing wrong?
