If you are running this from Outlook you could do it like this
PickFolder gives you the dialog to select the Outlook folder
Then you simply loop through the items, then loop through the attachments and save them to a folder
Turning in now as its almost 1am. If you need this from Excel I will adjust tomorrow if no-one else had cleaned it up
