If you wanted to generate a list of new rows (cells) of a new sheet then you could use my Duplicate Master addin at http://xldynamic.com/source/xld.DupMaster.html

  1. Run and install the tool
     
  2. Select your column(s) over the two sheets 
  3. Search Option ..... Row (or for a single column Cell) Search 
  4. Application scope  .... Range 
  5. Output Choices ..... Unique List 
  6. Then on the output use Data ... Text To Columns to split the text back into multiple cells 
  7. Sort the data

If you are using Excel 2007 then removal of duplicate data is available in it you don't need any other tool

... not on two specific separate sheets as far as I am aware. Although I have not tested this functionality in xl2007

as rizwanidrees said, if it is 2007, it would be very easy.

if you want VBA

VBA algo.

  1. Combine two tables/sheets based on your condition 
  2. use ".RemoveDuplicates" 
  3. use something like ".Sort.SortFields.Add Key:=Range("A1"), _        SortOn:=xlSortOnValues, Order:=xlAscending, DataOption:=xlSortNormal"

You are right, it can't be done on two seprate sheets. but he want this done in third sheet. so combine two sheets and run remove duplicates utility
