How to consolidate different workbook into one Workbook?

Hi,
It would be great, if you could guide me how to consolidate the different workbooks in to One Workbook, and i have one more requirement.
If in the attached file, in coulm A1 there is Project Name and below that sub project name is aviable.
what I want is in the consolidated sheet automatically, it should create 2 columns (anywhere either at the end or beining) and update the respective Project name and Sub Project Name in the consolidated sheet.
please let me know, if i am not clear enough in explaining this.
