VBA to close a Excel file

I have VBA in Outlook 2007 to read thru emails  and open up an Excel attachment. I think need to close it and delete it if another file with the same name comes in. I can't get it to delete. When another file with the same name comes in and this code tries to run I get "object variable or with block variable not set". I have the code below but the files are still out there. Any help would be appreciated.
