VBA with Drop Down validation

I have a simple worksheet that has a validation drop down list. This is called categories.

Below that are rows with data that have the different categories for each item. I want to be able to show ONLY the rows that have the data in it based on the category selected in the dropdown list.

Is this an easy thing to do?
