Consolidating Data

Hi

I have the following vendors File (Please see attached).  I am trying to consolidate the data into two elements, namely the vendor number, and name.  The number always appear in column c next to the term vendor, and the name always appears 5 lines under (under the  term 'section').  

Would anyone know of a way into consolidate the data into two columns:

Vendor number  Vendor Name

If so, could you help me out.

Assuming you want in columns O & P.

Add headers in those columns.

In O8 add formula:
=C8
In P8 add formula:
=B12

Apply auto filter to all data using existing column headers as top row. Apply filter to column B to show 'Vendor'.

Highlight the two new formula and the rows below. Do Ctrl + D to fill down. This will copy the formula only into the rows visible.

Perhaps because the structure of each portion of the data near the end is not consistant with the other data. I'll have a look.
