Rolling Average by Category

I am trying to do a rolling average on a data set with multiple categories to chart trends, without VBA or PL SQL.  I do have flexability to build the output from the oracle database.  currently, it is formatted as below:
                                             sales
jan 09   site 1 sales rep 1      34
jan 09   site 2 sales rep 14     22
feb 09  site 1 sales rep 1       19
feb 09  site 3 sales rep 12     33

If possible, i want to have the rolling 3 month average at the rep level, the site level, and an enterprise total.
