Hi,

Select all the Data and click "Insert" and select "Chart".  Then select Bar graph and continue through the wizard selecting the necessary options you want on the chart etc.

Hello snyperj,

To make it look *exactly* like that?  Not without some monkeying around.  However, you can get close:

1) Select A1 on your data worksheet
2) Click the Chart Wizard icon
3) Choose Bar CHart as the type
4) Click Next twice to get to Step 3
5) Enter Chart title ("Top activities...") on Titles tab; on Legend tab, uncheck 'SHow legend', on Data Labels
tab, check Value for label contains
6) On Step4, decide whether to add the Chart as a new sheet, or as a chart object in the current sheet
7) Play with the various formatting settings to get the look you desire
