Formula problem

Please can you help me with the problem outlined in the attached worksheet?

The formula in G50 is supposed to location the relevant pay clerk (B44:B49) after checking the surname of what is typed into G45 then cross referencing this to the parameters in A44:A49

The example "Gh" should have located the surname field "Gill Morrison" however; it is currently returning "Angela Bilbao"

Please can you help me on the formula? If you can think of any improvements so the formula works as the type that would be brilliant also!

Alternatively maybe another solution if possible is to use a command button after G45 is inputted

Please can you help!
