 Create a email when double click "Yes" with the Row 1 data in Subject add in the body as well as this.
Attached is the sample file. Can anyone please help...

What will be the "To:" email address of the sent email?

What email program will be present on the PC running this, if any?  Should an approach that uses Outlook be used?  Or would it be preferred to hard code in an SMTP server address in the solution and not require Outlook?

It would be best if SMTP can be hard coded.So that the outlook Security warning would not be there

What do you want in the email ... only the cell that was clicked data or everything in that row?

Also I would suggest outlook is fine since in 2007 the security model is a 'pussy cat' between applications.

Hi Chris when clciked on a Yes i want the Row 1 data in the subject and Colum A name in the TO with a CC that would be hard coded.

If it goes via Outlook i am ok...

Understood, what I wasn't clear on was which data is it only the column where it is clicked or everything to do with that row?

Just the Colums
I shall explain what this file is about

The Colum A will have the Email addesses at present the xls i have attached does not show that. but in my actual file i will have email id's  the Row 1 will have all software names
Where ever yes is there is where the email id user has the software in his system

This excel is basically listing which user has which software. I need to review it and when found the user has a piece of software that is not allowed in the company. Click on Yes and then the macro needs to create the email with the row 1 software name as the subject and Get the colum A email added into the TO box
Need to hardcode the CC and Some body data.

See how this looks.  I have left an entry for the to/cc to be populated and a structure for the body that will support adding content.

The code used is appended as a snippet for ease of viewing but nothing need be done with the code as it already in the sample workbook.
