Question

filter a data range with multiple criteria and copy visible cells

I have used custom filter for the column G where the criterias are
>= 5/1/2009 And <=5/30/2009

Now I want to copy the visible cells,

But I am getting error as "Microsoft Office Excel can not create or use the data range reference because it is too complex. ...."

I need an Excel 2003 VBA for this. Please help.

Getting the same error and error message.

Just to mention I have more than 40,000 of line items. If I take small protion of data it works but fails with the big amount of data.

Ahh visible cells wont work but if you just copy the filter you should be able to do that because in a clipboard you are able to copy 65536 worth of entries at one time so if your data is going more then that you wont be able to do that.

Sort the data first, then do the filter. That way you won't have so many discrete ranges to copy.
