Getting the same error and error message.

Set rng = Range("G1:G" & Cells(Cells.Rows.Count, "G").End(xlUp).Row).Specia
I have used custom filter for the column G where the criterias are
>= 5/1/2009 And <=5/30/2009
Now I want to copy the visible cells,
But I am getting error as "Microsoft Office Excel can not create or use the data range reference because it is too complex. ...."
I need an Excel 2003 VBA for this. Please help.
