Browse All TopicsAs you will see in the spreadsheet attached I am trying to get the cell F2 to add up the numbers of days & hours in cells F4:F19. Excel however stops adding up at 31 days, resets to zero and then continues adding up... so what should be 49days 12hrs is instead shown as 18days 12hrs.
Is there anyway to set it up so it simply calculates and shows the total number of days rather than resetting after every 31days?
Thanks

It's not possible to show all the days with number formats. You will need to use a formula like this....
=INT(SUM(F3:F19)) & "days " & HOUR(MOD(SUM(F3:F19), 1)) & "hours"
