Brad,
Just add the following code in the thisworkbook module of your workbook, It will throw a error message when you try to save the workbook if sheet1 CELL A1 Value is not equal to shee1 Cell B1 Value.
To open the vb editor, press alt+f11 over your workbook which will open the vb editor then crtl+r to view the project explorer and then the code goes to thisworkbook module...
