With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. Run Time Error '1004' application-defined Combo Box

I have a situation where I'm trying to get a Combo Box Selection to fill in a Text box on a form.  I've found a bunch of 'solutions' but none seem to clear up my issue.  I have 2 columns on a worksheet, one with the names of the employees, the other with their emails.  The Combo box is filled with the names of the employees and when they select the name I want their email to autofill into a text box on the same form.  I've tried many different solutions, but keep getting a Run-Time Error '1004' that pops up after I try to select the name.  Here is the code I have for the combo box/text box fill.
