How do I find the compatibility Errors in Office 2010 file?

Greetings,
I have a file running in compatibility mode and I need so see why. What's not compatible? I know the compatibility box comes up when saving sometimes but is there a way to bring that up on-demand?

Thanks for any help.

Doesn't that happen only when you open .xls (Excel 2003) files? This happens until you save those files in Excel 2010 format (.xlsx).

Hope it helps :)

as far as I know, in Excel 2010, you can go:
Office button / Info / Manage Versions...

but the Compatibility Options only show there when you have an XLS (or any 97-2003) file open, which seems to be your case.
sorry, not Office button, they renamed it to File in Excel 2010.

The Question should be phrased "How do I engage the compatibility check for older files in Office 2010?"

Thanks for all the remarks!
