Automatacally save a Excel file with a specific name on Desktop

Hi  there.

I want a VBA code to save the WB in which it is running into my desktop without prompting  using following general format:

CD-"YY""MM"DD".xmls

Example for the file name:
CD-120104.XMLS

- The date for the files name should be get at sheet "Tabela" Cell "b1"
- The file name has to be the date of the day before to cell "b1"
